1. You make the course’s plan and give to administrative teacher before 2019/03/23.

2. You give the result of course’s plan to administrative teacher and adviser before 2019/06/22.

3. The adviser give the grade to administrative teacher. Than administrative teacher key in the grade in the system.
Please give the administrative teacher your plan AFTER discussions with your advisors. In other words, your advisor needs to be aware and agrees your study plan.
