 臺北醫學大學113年度國科會博士生研究獎學金審核通過公告

National Science and Technology Council Graduate Research Fellowship at TMU 2024

依據臺北醫學大學執行國科會博士生研究獎學金試辦方案施行辦法，經113年9月9日委員會審核通過名單如下：

According to Taipei Medical University implement National Science and Technology Council Graduate Research Fellowship Pilot Program, the list is approved by the committee dated on September 9th, 2024 as follows:

Item A：113年度方案獎勵內容：2024 Scholarship Content

博一至博三
Year 1 till Year 3

每月4萬元* NT.40,000 per month

(逐月核發，核發期間：113年9月至116年8月)
(2024.9-2027.8, Issued by month)

***（定期評量機制）Performance Evaluation

受獎生之指導教授及所屬系所應積極輔導受獎生完成下列各項評量規定，受獎生每學期結束前應繳交定期評量報告書，經指導教授及所屬系所主管簽核後送委員會備查：

The advisor and the department shall provide guidance and assistance to beneficiaries for completing all requirements. Each Beneficent fill in the final achievement report of the beneficiary’s performance which should be reviewed by his or her advisor and the department and submit it to the Committee.

  • 受獎生前一學期學業平均成績需達八十（含）分以上。

An average grade of previous semester shall reach 80 or above.

  • 受獎生修習之課程需符合各系所修業規定，且需於二年級完成系所必修課程（論文除外）。

Beneficiaries must following the course regulations of each department and Complete All Required Courses before the end of their 2nd academic year (except required for Thesis Credits).

  • 受獎生三、四年級，每學年需參與國內外之國際研討會二場（含）以上。

Beneficiaries in their 3rd and 4th academic years must attend more than 2 International Conferences which hold in domestic or abroad per academic year.

 

Item B：請簽署【臺北醫學大學國科會博士生研究獎學金聲明書】
Please sign the " Taipei Medical University implement National Science and Technology Council Graduate Research Fellowship Statement."

※若您要放棄本獎學金請查看 Item D 並上傳放棄同意書

※一旦簽署本項「獲獎聲明書」，即同意領取本項獎學金，則不得同時領取「臺北醫學大學研究生獎勵學金實施要點」、「臺北醫學大學碩、博班外國學生獎學金發放辦法」及「臺北醫學大學研究所優秀僑生獎學金作業細則」或臺灣政府其他獎學金等(依國科會認定)。若有重覆領取獎學金之事實，依國科會規定取消本項獎勵資格，且須返還已領取之獎學金金額，另需自行承擔相關法律責任及法律問題。

Warning!!
Once you signed this statement, it means YOU AGREE to receive this scholarship, and you are NOT ALLOWED to receive the other scholarships, such as "Taipei Medical University Postgraduate Award Scholarship", " TMU International Graduate Student Scholarship " or other scholarships of the Taiwan government (according to the Ministry of Science and Technology). You shall contact the relative department to give up the other scholarships.
If there is a fact of receiving other scholarships at the same time, the eligibility for this award shall be cancelled according to the regulations of the NSTC. A failed beneficiary shall returned the amount of the scholarship already received and deal with the relevant responsibilities and issues.

 

Item C：繳費證明、聲明書上傳 Upload Tuition Fees and Fellowship Statement（點我上傳 Upload Link）
為何我先要繳交學雜費? Why shall I pay for the bill of Tuition and Fees in advance?
本獎項只依每月發放獎學金，由獲獎學生自行運用，無法直接扣抵。由於學生完成「繳費」才能視同「已註冊」，故獲獎人應於每學期開學前儘速完成繳費，以免延誤自身領取獎學金之時程。

This Scholarship will be issued monthly and will directly transfer to Beneficiary's personal account. Hence, the wave of scholarship and any payment would not allow to be processed. A student pay for the bill will be recognize as "a registered student. “Beneficiary shall pay for the tuition and fees before each semester start for receiving the stipend on time.

注意事項：NOTICE

依109年05月28日科部科字第1090030735M號函釋：在職進修學生係指博士生於受補助期間，應不從事專職全時之有給職工作。According to Ministry of Science and Technology 「Should not be engaged in full-time, full-time paid work.」

如就讀期間發放獎學金時，非為全時研究生之身分(定義如上說明)領取本獎學金，即不符合本獎學金獎勵資格，須主動告知本獎學金承辦單位(學生事務處課外活動指導組)並放棄獎勵資格，受獎缺額得由備取生遞補或委員會另行公告遴選條件，由博士班一年級至三年級未獲獎學生提出申請，獎勵期間以該缺額尚未領取之學期為限。

I understand that if beneficiaries become a full-time employee after rewarding and still in its award period (year 1 to year 3) is not eligible for this scholarship award, beneficiaries must take the initiative to inform the sponsor of this scholarship (the extracurricular activities guidance group of the Student Affairs Office) and give up Award qualifications.

  • 通過審查名單，17名Approved List of 2024 (17 Beneficiaries in total)
    If you agree to claim it, please follow     Item B(Page 1) and Item C to claim this scholarship.
    It you will take the other scholarship, please follow Item D to process the Renunciation .
